  • All sales made by 585 Gold UK made on the following terms and conditions. No alteration shall be binding unless agreed beforehand in writing by 585 Gold UK.
  • 585 Gold UK prices are subject to alteration. Acceptance of the order will only take place when item is despatched to the customer. 585 Gold UK will provide reasonable notice of any price change.
  • All goods are due for payment in accordance with the agreed individual terms and pricing scheme set up for the goods.
  • On the delivery customer will be required to check the packaging and whether the correct number of packages been delivered. You must let us know about the damaged, missing and/or incorrect goods within a reasonable period of time after you have had an opportunity to inspect the goods. Replacements will be provided free of charge.
  • In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these Terms of Sale or in the Returns Policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them.




  • Customers of 585 Gold UK can place an order and process purchase through online website 585golduk.com, official Facebook page or telephone.
  • 585 Gold UK requires customer to fill in the order form during the purchase, providing Name, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Contact number, E-mail address and any other required information.
  • Delivery of the items will be made from the commercial property in Dundee, leased by 585 Gold UK.
  • Deliveries of the items in stock will be delivered in 2 working days, items out of stock reserve 4-6 weeks after purchase but due to occasional circumstances or specific order it might take longer and customer will be notified about that.
  • After order has been placed, customer will be contacted by 585 Gold UK regarding the tracking information.


  • 585 Gold UK provides an opportunity for the customer to choose the payment method preferred – Debit / Credit card, PayPal, Cash on purchase.

  • On delivery when customer checked the goods and signed the document, verifying the delivery and status of the purchase, then no warranty covers the order.
  • Any damage made to the items provided by 585 Gold UK made by the customer of the 585 Gold UK are not covered by the warranty and no compensation will be given.


  • 585 Gold UK provides next day guaranteed delivery for the items in stock on the orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. Orders placed after the time stated above will be posted on the next working day. Same terms apply for the orders placed through the weekend.
  • 585 Gold UK reserves the right to deliver the items in up to 4-6 weeks period, if they are not in stock and must be supplied first.
  • 585 Gold UK offers to the customers to collect the order from the commercial property, but prior confirmation must be given that item is in stock.
  • When order been placed, customers will be contacted regarding the terms of the delivery. Onwards when item is in stock, customer will be contacted once again regarding the delivery.
  • 585 Gold UK delivery is provided by the Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm) and aimed to work only in United Kingdom. Although international orders will be accepted as well, some amendments on the delivery terms and costs might apply.
  • When the item is in stock, it will be delivered within next 2 working days.
  • The Royal Mail Special Delivery processes delivery and delivers the items directly to customer’s address provided.
  • 585 Gold UK allows the customers to pick up the ordered items from the commercial property. Prior 585 Gold UK must confirm that item is actually in the stock.
  • 585 Gold UK is responsible for any damage caused to your order during the delivery.
  • Customers must make sure that the items purchased satisfy the expectations. (Correct size, dimensions, colour, shape)



  • ORDERS WHERE DELIVERY CANNOT BE COMPLETED. Where the Royal Mail has attempted a delivery and nobody was able to sign for, then they will keep it at their warehouse. Customer is obligated to organise a re-delivery or pick up the item on his own.
  • ORDERS WHICH ARE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. Where the customer as the consignment has refused, a delivery is damaged then no additional costs will be incurred by the customer. Return costs of the item are covered by the 585 Gold UK after the tracking information provided.
  • ITEMS WHICH THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO RETURN. Where the customer no longer wants the goods and the items are unopened then return is available within 14 days of the date of delivery. Customer will be responsible for the return carriage at the same rate as the original delivery cost paid.
  • ITEMS WHICH THE CUSTOMER HAVE UNPACKED AND WANT TO RETURN. Where the customer has unpacked the items and no longer wants them and this is intimated within 14 days of the date of the delivery these goods must be returned in their original package and securely sealed. Customer is responsible for the return carriage at the same rate as the original delivery cost plus a dilapidation charge of 30% of the goods value.
  • ITEMS WHICH THE CUSTOMER HAS DAMAGED OR HAVE DISPOSED OF PACKAGING AND WANT TO RETURN. It is imperative that the customers are aware that 585 Gold UK unable to accept goods for return unless returned in the original packaging and securely sealed. Customers are responsible for the return carriage at the same rate as the original delivery cost plus a dilapidation charge of the full value of the goods.
  • ITEMS BOUGHT ON BACK ORDER BY MISTAKE. This is an order made for an item on back order and expecting it next day delivery. These orders can be cancelled prior to the back ordered item has been dispatch but £10 administration fee would apply for the cancellation. If the back ordered item had been dispatched already then no cancellation can be made, only a return request upon delivery.
